When our team of volunteers met Precious, she was feeling a bit worried about what would happen next after finishing secondary school. She shared with us that she was really good at hairdressing, pedicures, and manicures, but didn’t have a salon, tools, or materials to start her own business.

Our community coordinator saw how talented Precious was and wanted to help her. She worked hard to find a space for Precious to set up her salon and even took her shopping to get all the things she needed to get started.

Now, Precious can help her family earn some money and take care of her own needs. She’s finally using her awesome skills to live a happy and fulfilling life!
