PROMOTING TECH-INCLUSION FOR THE GIRL CHILD IN NIGERIA

Teenage girls in underserved areas lack access to safe digital education, leaving them excluded from the modern economy. Using human-centered design, the “Ada-Tech Project” coined from the Igbo word “Ada meaning first daughter or beloved daughter” partners with community schools to deliver zero-cost, on-campus digital skills training in familiar spaces, while providing daily refreshments to boost focus. We have trained 1,000 teenage girls at no cost to families. To date, 85% of our graduates have progressed to advanced STEM studies or secured digital internships, breaking local cycles of poverty.

The Ada-Tech project comprises of our coding program, graphic design class, Digital marketing class, AI classes ,video editing classes and other digital skills targeted at empowering the African girl child especial in rural areas and underserved communities.

We remain grateful to our friends and partners who are making this project possible as we look forward to partnering with you to empower more teenage girls in their communities and schools.
